How do I students sign up for a Campus Course?

How many courses can a student take per term?

There is currently no limit to how many Campus courses a student can take per term. 


How will these courses fit into a students’ degree plan? 

IWU will accept these courses as transfer credit (from the host institution). Please consult with your academic advisor and the RAS office to determine how the course might apply to your degree requirements.


Are there any additional costs for Campus courses? 

Your institution's membership covers the majority of the cost to take a Campus course. However, there is a $199 administration fee (plus costs of course materials) which will be billed to the student’s account. If you take a course during the Winter Term, you may be billed on your Spring student account.


How do students log in to Campus Learn?

After signing up for a Campus Course, students will receive an email outlining their login credentials (username, password).  To access Campus Learn directly, students may:

  1. Navigate to learn.campusedu.com
  2. Click Login/Register in the top right corner of the website. 
  3. Enter your username (email) and password. 
  4. Click Log in.


What is Campus Learn?

Campus Learn is the learning platform where students take all Campus courses.


When will students get access to Campus Learn?

Students will receive an automated email on October 13th with credentials to access the 

Campus Learn platform. This will allow students to familiarize themselves with the platform and preview courses.

How long are these courses?

  • Winter Term: January 3 - February 14 (6 weeks)
  • Spring Term: February 14 - April 11 (8 weeks)
